• Papers are invited on the theme and topics. The papers may be unpublished.
  
  
  
• Papers should be approximately 10 slides including title, diagrams and bibliography.
  
  
  
• The cover page must contain a 150 word abstract with name, introduction and affiliation of author(s) as well as postal address, telephone/fax number and email address.
  
  
  
• Submission should be sized A4 preferably with 2.5 cm margin on all sides. The font size must be 12 points or larger.
  
  
  
• Electronic submission of papers is preferred using Microsoft with GIF format photos.
  
  
  
• Papers will be evaluated on the basis of relevance, originality and clarity.
  
  
  
• Accepted papers will be included in the proceedings and will be distributed to the attendees at the conference.
  
  
  
• All submissions must be in English.

Submission of abstract: 1st November 2004
Invitation to submit 1st draft of paper/presentation: 20 November 2004
Notice of selection: 15 December 2004
Final Version of papers: 1 January 2005

Fees

1. Overseas participants from Developed Countries. : US$ 150
2. Overseas participants from Developing Countries : US$ 75
3. Nepali participants : Rs.3000

(The conference package includes an admission to the Main conference, conference kit, an invitation to CAN Info-Tech 2005 opening ceremony, a ticket to visit CAN Info-Tech 2005 Exhibition during the time reserved for special delegates and a ticket to the conference Gala dinner. Fees will also cover Lunch and refreshments for all 3 days.)
