Dr. Allen Bailochan Tuladhar is an ICT pioneer, entrepreneur, and technology strategist in Nepal. A globally recognized former Microsoft Regional Director and former Country Director of Microsoft Innovation Center Nepal, he has served on Nepal’s National Information Technology Council chaired by the Prime Minister and as General Secretary of the Computer Association of Nepal (CAN). Over the past three decades, he has spearheaded national localization standards—leading the localization of Microsoft Windows and Office into the Nepali language—and was recognized by the United Nations as a Champion in ICT for Development. Currently, Allen is pioneering the digital transformation of Nepal's tourism logistics as the CEO of Kathmandu Sightseeing and its smart mobility platform. At the conference, he will present how modern AI and machine learning architectures—including conversational AI concierges, deterministic multi-vehicle itinerary engines, and geospatial telemetry—are solving friction in the travel trade, automating B2B multi-party financial workflows, and establishing intelligent, sustainable mobility infrastructure across Nepal.
