I'm the founder of ScaleBuild AI, an AI automation platform live in the US market that helps companies build, integrate, and run custom AI across their operations. I bring 10+ years in AI engineering across IBM, Intel, and Meta, and in 2024 I completed my first AI product exit. I'm also President of the World AI Alliance, a non-profit focused on ethical AI policy, and a member of the IEEE Ethical AI Committee. I have advised the Government of Nepal on its first National AI Policy and long-term IT roadmap. I speak regularly on AI policy and the real-world possibilities (and limits) of AI on platforms around the world. Nepal-born and based in New York, I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boise State University and am a recipient of Nepal's Youngest Scientist Award
